Beautiful Stir-Fried Vegetables

Stir-fried vegetables” is one of the most common and basic dishes in Chinese restaurants in Japan. However, its content varies, ranging from the satisfaction of “it was delicious” to “I would never order it again.

In some restaurants, the main ingredients are cabbage and bean sprouts, with few other vegetables. In these cases, you may feel, “It’s better and cheaper to make it at home…” In such cases, you may feel that “it is better and cheaper to make it at home…”.

Also, if you do not order stir-fried meat and vegetables, there may be no meat in the stir-fried vegetables. Check the menu carefully.

At the Chinese restaurant we visited this time, we were served a perfect stir-fried vegetable dish that looked beautiful and contained a variety of ingredients. It contained cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, bell peppers, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and pork.

However, I was impressed by the professionalism of the vegetable stir-fry when I learned that the restaurant specially prepared the bean sprouts by cutting off the stringy roots so as not to spoil the texture of the dish.
