At the Chinese restaurant we visited this time, we were served a perfect stir-fried vegetable dish that looked beautiful and contained a variety of ingredients. It contained cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, bell peppers, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and pork.
However, I was impressed by the professionalism of the vegetable stir-fry when I learned that the restaurant specially prepared the bean sprouts by cutting off the stringy roots so as not to spoil the texture of the dish.
